General Terms and Conditions of the company Edition Kunzelmann GmbH
1. Area of application
(1) The following General Terms and Conditions in the version current at the time of the order apply to all orders placed by a buyer with Edition Kunzelmann GmbH (the seller).
2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The following regulations regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders placed via our webshop https://www.kunzelmann.ch.

(3) The presentation of the goods in our web store does not constitute a legally binding offer of contract on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the Buyer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the Buyer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our webshop, the following provisions shall apply: The Buyer makes a binding offer to enter into a contract by successfully completing the ordering process provided in our webshop.
The order is placed in the following steps:
1) Selection of the desired items
2) Confirmation by clicking the button "Add to shopping cart
3) If necessary, check the information in the shopping cart
4) Clicking on the button "Checkout
5) Enter or select the delivery and billing address
6) Selection of the payment method
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking the button "Checkout now".
Before the binding submission of the order, the buyer can, after checking his details, return to the Internet page on which the customer's details are recorded and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser by pressing the "Back" button contained in the Internet browser used by him. We confirm the receipt of the order immediately by an automatically generated e-mail ("order confirmation"). With this we accept your offer.
If you have opened an account, you can view your past orders in our customer area under "My Account" -> "My Orders".
3. Prices, shipping costs, payment
(1) The indicated prices contain the legal Swiss value added tax. In addition, there are the shipping costs, which can be calculated in the shopping cart.
For customers from abroad applies:
EU countries
The price at Checkout includes the corresponding VAT and the delivery is duty paid. There are no additional import fees.
Other countries
No VAT is charged and delivery is duty unpaid. Therefore, customs clearance fees and VAT may have to be paid upon import.
(2) The buyer has the option to pay by credit card. Other payment methods are mentioned on the "Payment methods" page.
4. Delivery
(1) As a rule, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. The dispatch takes place here at the latest within 2 working days. In the event of a delay, the buyer will be informed by e-mail.
(2) The delivery time varies depending on the shipping method and delivery address. We can therefore not give an exact delivery time for each country. Non-binding guideline values (from the day of shipment) are:
Switzerland
A-Post/Priority: 1-2 working days
B-Post/Economy: 3-4 working days
Abroad
UPS (Express) Saver: 1-3 working days
UPS Standard: 3-5 business days

6. Right of withdrawal of the customer as a consumer
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. (If you tell us the reason for the withdrawal, it may be possible to agree on a more suitable solution than return shipping).
The revocation period is fourteen days, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement sent by e-mail to edition@kunzelmann.ch.
Consequences of cancellation
If you revoke this contract, you must return the goods to us unused and in perfect condition within fourteen days at the latest. Please use suitable, sturdy packaging for this purpose.
Upon receipt of the return, you will be refunded the full retail price of the goods (including shipping costs; with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
